COURSE SUMMARY:   This course will analyze the efficacy and safety of current oral rinses and introduce the latest generation of rinses under development. Upon the completion of this webinar, you will be provided with evidence-based studies showing the most effective rinses for both patients and staff.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 

  1. Review the evolution of iodine in becoming a standard of care.

  2. Learn about a technological breakthrough leading to a new class of “super” iodines​.

  3. Understand how the implementation of the new “super” iodines in your practice will benefit your patients.

  4. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used oral rinses.

  5. Describe the misconceptions related to iodine sensitivity.

  6. Learn why periodontal bacteremias are now considered a cause of cardiovascular disease.

Herb Moskowitz, DDS

Dr. Herb Moskowitz is the Chairman and Co-Founder of ioTech International. He is the co-author of ioTech's U.S. patent and global patent applications.
