DESCRIPTION: Dental clinicians are uniquely positioned as resources for their patients addicted to nicotine products that may lead to morbidity/mortality, poor treatment outcomes. Dental Boards are now disciplining dental clinicians for failure to refer these patients to resources and provide counseling. This webinar will discuss the role of the dental clinician and tobacco cessation in their patients.
