Note -  We strongly recommend adding "support@dentalcenow.com" to your safe sender list and adjust your security settings to ensure your inbox will receive our emails. Although you may have received our emails in the past it is not a guarantee that your carrier will continue to deliver our emails. In fact your email carrier may choose to block our emails with links or attachments.  We cannot manually issue your CE Credits or quiz due to security verification required for AGD PACE. We cannot send these communications to a different email.  Choosing to add "support@dentalcenow.com" and adjusting your security settings will help to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and expedite delivery of your CE Credits. For assistance with your safe sender list, and security settings, contact your email carrier or network administrator.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE YOUR CE CERTIFICATE:

1. At the conclusion of each webinar your attendance will be verified for AGD PACE. This process can take up to 30 minutes.

2. After attendance verification, an email will be auto-generated and sent to the email you registered with that includes instructions to complete a quiz and brief course evaluation.

3. Upon successful completion of quiz with 80% passing score your CE certificate is sent automatically to your email within

1 to 5 minutes from "support@dentalcenow.comCERTIFY'EM. You will have 2 attempts to pass the quiz, and 7 days to complete. Without successfully completing the quiz and evaluation within 7 days,  you will not be issued CE Credit Verification.

 4. We do not directly issue CE Credit verification, you must successfully complete the quiz and evaluation first. All communication will be sent to the email you used to register and attend the course.

5. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folder for your certificate within 1 -5 minutes after completing the evaluation from our evaluation site CERTIFY'EM "support@dentalcenow.com."

The most common reasons that an attendee does not receive their certificate:

  •  Misspelling their email address. Double check before you submit.

  •  Not completing the quiz and evaluation first or not passing the quiz with 80%

  •  Not understanding tha t the verification is sent from CERTIFY'EM "support@dentalcenow.com".  CE Credit Verification is always sent automatically concluding the completion of the evaluation. We do not manually issue the credit verification.

  • The email is blocked by your carrier due to security filter configuration, or by your network administrator. Please add "support@dentalcenow.com" to your safe sender list.

*** AOL, yahoo, hotmail, comcast, icloud, me, live, ymail, mac, msn, rogers, sbcglobal, comcast, cox, edu or yourdentalpractice.com there is a strong likelihood your security settings will not block the delivery of your CE Credits.  For those using @edu or @yourdentalpractice.com your Network Provider may have a firewall or security settings in place that do not permit the receipt of our emails. To mitigate these issues and expedite receipt of your CE Credit Verification: We highly recommend adding "support@dentalcenow.com" to your safe sender list or contacting your email provider/ IT Network Administrator to help you.
