We understand that receiving your (CE) Credits on time is very important to you. That is why we have this system to assist you.
COMMON REASONS FOR  A DELAY IN RECEIVING CE CREDIT(S)

  1.  Wrong Email: Double check your email is correct before you submit.

  2.  Did not pass the quiz/evaluation with minimum score of 80%. You will receive a full report   with questions you missed. Review these and resubmit using the link you were given.

  3. The evaluation email and/or CE Credit(s) are sent to spam, junk, or promotions folders.  

  4. For further assistance please complete ONE quick form below.

Note, if you have just completed a Live CE Webinar, please allow up to 30 minutes after the course ended, to receive the email to complete the quiz for CE credit. This email is sent to you from no-reply@clickmeeting.com; the same email sender as the confirmation email you received.  Do not submit a request for assistance prior to 30 minutes of course completion, as it will delay our response by 48 hours.
