COURSE SUMMARY:  This course will analyze the efficacy and safety of current anti-microbial rinses and introduce the latest generation molecular iodine rinses.  Upon the completion of this webinar, you will be provided with evidence-based studies showing the most effective rinses to protect both patients and staff.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 

1. Review the evolution of iodine in becoming a standard of care.

2. Demonstrate a technological breakthrough leading to a new class of “super” iodines​.

3. Describe how the implementation of the new “super” iodine in your practice will benefit your patients.

4. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used oral rinses.

5. Discuss the misconceptions related to iodine sensitivity.
