1. You will receive an email at the end of each course with the evaluation link. Once you complete the evaluation, the CE certificate is sent to your email from CERTIFY'EM

2. You must complete the evaluation first. 

3.Your CE certificate will then be sent to your email from our evaluation site CERTIFY'EM.  

4. We do not directly issue certificates, you must complete the evaluation first. 

5. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folder for your certificate within 1 -5 minutes after completing the evaluation from our evaluation site CERTIFY'EM.

The most common reasons that an attendee does not receive their certificate:

  •  Entering the wrong email or misspelling their email

  •  Not completing the quiz and evaluation first 

  •  Not understanding that the verification is sent from CERTIFY'EM.  CE Credit Verifications are always sent automatically concluding the completion of the evaluation. We do not manually issue the credit verification.

***If you are using AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Comcast, icloud, me, mac, msn, there is a possibility that your security settings will not permit the delivery of your certificate. We recommend using gmail or contacting your email provider for assistance. Let them know the email is from CERTIFY'EM
