DESCRIPTION: Oral Systemic Fitness (OSF) is rather like a lifestyle infused by the application and systemization of physical fitness concepts, sports, gaming, psychology, and exercise physiology to dental prevention and oral-systemic health. It's an advanced perspective on oral health, rather like Einstein's General Relativity vs Newtonian Gravitation.
Its seven main components are Education, Motivation, Supplementation, Nutrition, personal Training, eXercises, and professional Dental care -- in that order. The components help to form customizable programs (ex: strategies) and regimens (ex: tactics) to perform actions (ex: reduce inflammation) on targets (ex: gums) to achieve goals (ex: improve gums or freshen breath).
All of the above are governed by guiding principles such as: easy, simple, automatic, convenient, safe, effective, fun, formulaic, logical, cost-effective, measurable, and many more. Although the above may sound complex, it's actually formulaic and full of choices for nearly infinite personalization and ease of use.
